CUSTOM FURNITURE ORDERS
Our business allows you to customize furniture to your specifications. Please ensure that all customization details are accurate before placing an order. Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that correct customization details are provided to avoid any errors or issues once furniture is manufactured.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement via email. This acknowledgement is not a guarantee of the customization or product availability. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is considered to be accepted only when we send a confirmation email stating that the order has been accepted and is being prepared for production.
The confirmation email will include an order summary, estimated delivery timelines and any other relevant details. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any order for any reason.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Order changes for:
- Customization orders: Once an order for customized furniture has been placed and confirmed, changes to design, materials or specifications are typically not permitted due to the bespoke nature of the product. We will make every effort to accommodate changes if the request is made before the production process has commenced.
- Order changes for Standard orders: For non customized (standard) orders, you may request changes to the order (e.g., changing the delivery address or altering the quantity) within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, changes will not be possible due to processing and shipping constraints
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation of Customized orders: Once a customized order is confirmed and the production process has begun, cancellations are generally not permitted. You will be liable for cancellation fees or charges incurred up to that point
- Cancellation of Standard Orders: You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order you can write to info@alqasa.ae as well as on Whatsapp. If the order has already been taken up for production or shipped, cancellation will not be possible
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
- Customized orders: Refunds for cancelled customized orders will be handled on a case by case basis and will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover production and processing costs. The exact refund amount will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the cancellation.
- Standard orders: If you cancel a standard order within the allowed timeframe and it has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund, if it is beyond the stipulated time then there will be a cancellation fee applicable
ELIGIBILITY
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, and colors. However, due to nature of customized products, slight variations may occur
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in [Currency, eg. AED] unless stated otherwise. We accept Credit card, Debit Card, other modes of digital payment and COD.
50% advance payment is required at the time the order is placed for all custom made furniture.
The balance payment is due before the delivery of the furniture.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by the price change
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the location and added to the final invoice.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be delivered to the designated area. If delivery is not possible due to access restrictions, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or modifications.
Terms and conditions for promotional Offers
ELIGIBILITY
Promotional offers are open to customers who are 18 years of age and older and who have created an account or made a purchase through our website.[www.alqasa.ae]
Promotional offer Details
The details of each Promotional offer, including the discount amount, offer period, eligibility requirement and any specific conditions will be clearly stated in the promotional material (e.g website, email, or social media).
Promotional Offers are valid for a limited time only, as specified in the promotional material. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice.
Promotional Offers cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions unless otherwise states
Use of Promotional Codes
Promotional Codes if provided must be entered at checkout to be applied to your order. Failure to enter the promotional code at the time of purchase may result in the offer not being applied and we are not obligated to honor the promotional code after the order has been placed.
Each Promotional code is limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise specified. Promotional Codes are non-transferable cannot be redeemed for cash and are subject to expiration.
Conditions on discounts and Free Items
Discounts apply to only qualifying items as specified in the Promotional Offer Details. Customized furniture or special orders may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
If the Promotional Offer includes a free item with a purchase, the free item is subject to availability. In the event that the free item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or lesser value.
If a customer returns any of the purchased items that qualified for a Promotional offer, the value of the discount or free item may be deducted from any refund or credit, subject to our return policy.
